Load in is located in the production lot directly East of the Key Club. The entrance is the first left off of Wetherly Drive (between the Bank of America and the Key Club).
Sadly, there isn't ample parking for all the band members so plan on street parking or adjacent lot parking.

There are 8 obvious parking spots within the production lot (4 on the North and 4 on the South).
Parking in the middle of these two lanes is acceptable to unload, but your vehicle must be supervised at all times and moved immediately after loading.   We will tow any vehicles that are blocking the basic flow of the lot. In short, if you are blocking someone else in, you are subject to tow.
If you have a van and trailer/bus or any other oversized vehicle, please let us know ASAP in order to assist in parking.

SOUNDCHECK/LOAD IN TIME

There are NO sound checks on Ruby Tuesdays, only line checks before performance.

All bands are to load in one hour prior to their set times. Please check in with the stage manager upon arrival.
Line check exists within the 20 minutes between set times, please check your gear and bring everything necessary to gaurente a seamless set up.

EQUIPMENT:
All bands must bring their own gear. If you have any special equipment (i.e. iPod, in-ears, sampler, laptop, additional percussion, turntables, etc.) please let us know in advance, as we will be better prepared to accommodate you. Just to play if safe, it would prudent of you to bring any cables, extensions, adaptors, power supplies and any other unique items that are vital to your show.

MERCHANDISE:
There are tables located downstairs near the bathrooms available for you to sell merchandise. Any other special accommodations must be approved in advance.

GUEST LIST:
Ruby Tuesday is a FREE show for ages 15 and up therefore a guest list is not necessary.

WRISTBANDS:
Upon your arrival please check in with the stage manager so you can get your wristbands, situate your gear and confirm your set time.

DRESSING ROOMS:
If you’re the monthly resident, the green room is available to you. Unfortunately, there isn’t a dressing room for everyone else. Water will be provided on stage for all bands.

HOSPITALITY:
In lieu of hospitality, drink tickets are provided (good for all drinks). Please see the stage manager or check in with the main floor bar to receive them.

SOUND AND LIGHT CREW:
The Key Club has an in-house monitor engineer, lighting designer and front of house engineer; however you may bring your own if you have one. Please let us know if you plan on bringing someone in. Guest engineers are subject to basic rules of show requirements.

AUDIO/VIDEO:
If you have any type of visual we recommend providing it on a consumer DVD format to ensure playback. Intro music (if applicable) should be provided to the front of house engineer (burned or original recording) clearly labeled with playback instructions.

MISC. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Please do your best to refrain from throwing ANYTHING (this includes WATER!!! Please try and keep the stage and everyone around you dry) from the stage into the audience. The only obvious exception being T-shirts and guitar picks. If you have CDs that you want to give away either arrange to have them at your merch table or hand them to the crowd. Anything else must be approved in advance. And although it should go without mentioning it, we’re going to anyway: ABSOLUTELY UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE THERE TO BE ANY PYRO, FIRE BREATHING OR ANYTHING INVOLVING AN OPEN FLAME ON STAGE. THE ANSWER IS UNEQUIVOCALLY NO.

****Get custom DVD footage of your performance at the Key Club!!!
We can offer a multiple camera shoot of your performance with a stereo board mix including room/audience microphones mixed live to a DVD for $50.00 to 80.00 based upon how many cameras you want!
