Where is Key Club located?
Key Club is located at 9039 West Sunset Blvd in the city of West Hollywood, between Doheny Dr. & Wetherly Dr.
Where can I park?
For your convenience, there are 2 lots adjacent to our building, accessible from Doheny Dr. and Wetherly Dr., respectively. There are also lots on the south side of Sunset Blvd, at the 9000 & 9040 building, and on the east side of Mark Mahoney’s Shamrock Social Club.
Is Key Club standing room only, or are there seats available?
Key Club is a general admission venue and offers standing room only on the main level, with the exception of our VIP seating area (requires bottle service). There is first come, first serve seating in our downstairs lounge, Plush (no view of stage). Unobstructed views of the stage are available in our 3rd level restaurant. For bottle service reservations, please call 310.274.5800.
Can I make a dinner reservation in your restaurant?
No, diners will be seated on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Can I make a bottle service/VIP seating reservation?
Yes, bottle service is available at a one bottle minimum for every 5 people in your party (1-5 = 1 bottle; 6-10 = 2 bottles, etc). Please call 310-274-5800 to make a reservation. You can also request bottle service upon arrival, without a reservation.
If I make a bottle service reservation do I still have to buy tickets to the show?
Yes, admittance to the club requires the purchase of show tickets.
I’m on the guest list. What do I do when I arrive?
Please present a valid picture ID at the door so that we may check it against the list.
How do I buy tickets at the Box Office?
The Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 10am-6pm, and at the specified door time for any given show. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
How can I buy tickets ahead of time?
Tickets may be purchased at our Box Office during the above-mentioned hours, or via Ticket Fly, which can be accessed via our website.
What forms of payment are accepted inside the venue?
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted at the bar and in the restaurant. There is also an ATM located inside the venue for your convenience.
Do I have to be at least 21 years old to be admitted?
Age restrictions vary from show to show. Most shows are 18+, with some shows allowing for guests of all ages, and others requiring guests to be 21+. Age requirements are specified on each show’s respective listing on our site. Please note that there may be a drink minimum for patrons under the age of 21, depending on the show.
Do I need a table in the restaurant to order food?
No. Food may be ordered at any bar and eaten throughout the club. Our menu can be found here.
I’d like to rent out your venue for a party. Do you offer party planning services or catering options outside of your restaurant?

Do you allow for filming in your venue?
We allow non-professional, point-and-shoot cameras. Any SLR, professional-grade cameras or those with a removable lens will not be allowed inside the venue. We also allow filming, at a $50 fee per camera.
